(syllabus)
Analysis of the ethical issues underlying the comparison between natural and positive law and their applications in the field of environmental and tourism legislation. Particular attention will be paid to the analysis of those theoretical-general elements that are at the basis of the process of formation of the standards, in order to make understand the mechanisms that lead to insert in the positive legal system the requests of the affiliates related to the environmental and of tourism
