LEARNING OBJECTIVES The course addresses the Mafia problems and its contrast through the normative analysis and case law of our country also with particular reference to international law. The didactic activity aims to enable the student to understand the historical and social reasons that lead to the regulatory solutions adopted by the national legislature.
