The class aims to support students in their study of Italian public law. It analyzes the fundamental principles and legal relations ruled in the text of the Constitution, and the form of state and government of the Italian institutional order.
COURSE CONTENTS
The class examines the Italian public law through the study of single articles of the Republican Constitution, as well as contributions from doctrine and case law available on the subject. The class pursuits two aims: firstly, to provide the student with the in-depth knowledge of the various elements of the constitutional principles, the protection of rights and the form of government, stressing the links with the sub-national and the European orders. Secondly, the class wants to offer the student the necessary skills for a correct comprehension of the other legal subjects linked ti the study of Italian public law.
