TRAINING OBJECTIVES
The course deals with the study of legal informatics in its dual role as computer science law and information technology law.
The first is intended as a study of the legal instruments that find application in the IT sector, such as the right to privacy and cybercrimes. With the computer science of law, however, reference is made to the study and application of computer techniques applied to law, such as ADR or artificial cognitive systems.
