(syllabus)
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The course is based on an analysis of the basic concepts of the administrative organization, with particular reference to the changing boundaries of the notion of public administration. Subsequently, the principles and rules governing the carrying out of the administrative activity, with particular reference to the discipline dictated by l. 241/90.
COURSE CONTENTS
The course is intended to illustrate the characters and institutions of the general part of administrative law. It will be divided into the following teaching modules:
