LEARNING OBJECTIVES The course deals with the study of the criminal trial through an analysis of law system conducted in the light of the contributions offered by doctrine and jurisprudence. The teaching aims to enable the student to develop the ability to understand the criminal procedure both in its static size, designed by the legislature, as in the dynamic size, more properly related to operational reality.
