LM77 Degree Course The course is aimed at providing the concepts and methodologies for the design of organizational structures, the definition of coordination mechanisms, and organizational behavior. The course aims to encourage students to acquire skills for organizational analysis and design. Today more than ever, organizational competence is fundamental to understand the behavior of individuals and groups in an organized context, and therefore to support them in dealing with the complexity of business realities.
