(syllabus)
The general objective of the course is the acquisition of specific psychological skills for the promotion of organizational well-being and performance in organizational contexts. Specifically, the course aims to: 1. Knowledge of the fundamental notions of psychology in relation to organizational well-being and performance and their application in organizational contexts; 2. Knowledge of the main methodological and technical tools related to research and psychological intervention in the field of work and organizations; 3. Acquire skills for understanding and building tools useful for organizational assessment; 4. Learn the use of the main methods, techniques and tools to carry out prevention and health promotion interventions in organizational contexts; 5. Acquire the technical language typical of the discipline.
