(syllabus)
The course explores several contents of business organization, closely related to the concept of behaviour. The aim of the course is to explore, in a highly interactive managerial perspective, scientific/theoretical research on organizational behaviour; its applications within complex organizations and finally the conditions necessary to achieve the assigned objectives, increasing the chances of success. The course will then develop basic concepts useful for the understanding of human behaviour within complex organizations, analyzing subjects related to individuals, groups and organizational processes. More specifically, the course aims to provide operational concepts and tools to: a) understand and use the fundamental theories of organizational behaviour; b) develop critical skills and abilities, analysing how apply organisational behaviour theories to managerial choices; c) identifying approaches to solve company problems through the discussion of relevant case studies. The lessons of the course are in English, as well as the didactic material, in order to bring students closer to the use of the sectorial reference language.
