(syllabus)
The course aims to provide the knowledge necessary for understanding the most significant institutions of financial market law. The purpose of the course, therefore, is to provide general notions regarding financial markets, intermediaries and issuers. All taking cues from the constitutional norms and retracing the code and special laws.
The program is as follows: 1: Sources of market law and financial intermediaries; 2: Regulation and supervision; 3: Investment services and activities; 4: Regulated markets and other trading venues; 5: Banks and banking business; 6: Collective management of savings; 7: Financial instruments and dematerialization; 8: Public offering of financial products; 9: Public information and market abuse.
