(syllabus)
LEARNING OBJECTIVES The course deals with the study of constitutional law through the examination of the individual articles of the Republican Constitution, carried out on the basis of the contributions from the doctrine and jurisprudence available on the subject. The aim of the course is twofold; in the first place, to provide the student with in-depth knowledge of the various elements that make up Italian constitutional law, without forgetting the links with national and European law; secondly, it is intended to provide the student with the necessary skills to identify knowing the links that the other legal subjects for which analysis is required in the course of law studies with constitutional law.
