Course Objectives 1 Knowledge of some methodological tools useful for the development of some soft skills related to collaborating and coordinating in organizations and in particular in teams. 2 Understanding of the importance and centrality of human resources and their dynamics to effective organizational decision-making. 3 Recognize the advantages and limitations of different types of leadership in organizational contexts. 4 Demonstrate the ability to cooperate in group activities and to manage interpersonal conflicts, competition, and declining motivation. 5 Demonstrate the ability to improve the cooperation and performance of members of teams and organizations, increasing their self-esteem and commitment in the workplace. 6 Knowledge of issues related to human resource management in organizational contexts.
