Weekly Reception:
Monday from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the office

Arrangements for in-progress profit verifications

The degree of student learning is constantly monitored through the verification tools and methodologies.
In particular, in order to make the verification and certification of learning outcomes feasible, the lecturer and tutor will take into account the:
1. automatic tracking of training activities by the system - reporting;
2. didactic and technical monitoring (at the level of quantity and quality of interactions, adherence to didactic deadlines, delivery of scheduled papers, etc.).
3. the formative type tests in itinere, including for self-assessment (e.g. multiple choice tests, true/false, sequence of questions with different difficulty, simulations, concept maps, papers, group projects, etc.)
4. the final profit exam, in which the work done online is taken into account and valued (activities carried out at a distance, quantity and quality of online interactions, etc.).
Assessment, within this framework, takes into account several aspects:
a. the outcome of a number of intermediate tests (online tests, development of papers, etc.);
b. the quality and quantity of participation in online activities (frequency and quality of interventions that can be monitored through the platform);
c. the results of the final test.

-KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, AT A BASIC LEVEL;

The required knowledge and understanding skills are achieved through
elearning methodologies, and in particular for each cfu there is provision for
deliverable and interactive teaching activities, as well as hours of
self-study.
The tools used range from video lectures with supporting slides
to streaming activity, from projects to exercises and forums for
discussion.

Throughout the course of study, the lecturer's activity should be supplemented by the assistance
continuous and systematic e-tutors.
Verification of expected results takes place:
-in itinere, through self-assessment tests with questions with
multiple choice;
-in the examination, through interview in oral form or written and oral test,
in presence before the committee.
Students must acquire adequate knowledge and an effective ability to
understanding of the morphosyntactic and lexical structures of the English language.

Assessment Methods.

Admission to the examination is subject to the recognition of attendance, which will be attested by the appropriate certificate at the time of booking the examination, which will attest to the performance of the didactic activities of verification in itinere and to the level of the work done in the various exercises.
The examination will consist of an oral interview and the grade will be given as 30/30
The profit examination is conducted in oral form. The student will receive from the committee at least three questions on the topics described in the Course syllabus.
The examination aims to assess the achievement of the teaching objectives.
In particular:
(a) The student will have to demonstrate the ability to describe a
daily routine;
b) The student will have to demonstrate the ability to be able to describe a past event; and
c) The student will have to demonstrate that he/she is able to know how to describe a future event
d) The student will have to demonstrate being able to know how to describe a current event (Ex. Pandemicperiod);
e) The student will have to demonstrate that he/she is able to know how to describe his life, hobbies, job, free time, family;
