KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING CAPABILITIES REQUIRED THAT ALLOWS TO PROCESS AND / OR APPLY ORIGINAL IDEAS OFTEN IN A RESEARCH CONTEXT (DUBLIN DESCRIPTOR NO. 1) The in-depth knowledge of the issues related to the organizational well-being and development of the performance will allow the student to undertake research paths, also of a comparative nature, functional to the critical analysis of specific issues and the identification of original solutions. In particular, the student will have the tools to understand the organizations, the organizational well-being and the ability to perform workers and an overview of the professional skills involved in developing such dimensions, thus being able to interpret the different contexts and develop original ideas.
SKILLS REQUIRED TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING AND ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS (DUBLIN DESCRIPTOR NO. 2) The acquired knowledge must allow the student to interpret and apply the psychology of work, in particular with regard to the issues of organizational well-being and performance, both in university and post-university research contexts, and more generally to interpret and apply what has been learned in real organizational contexts. In this sense, the student will be able to analyze the demand, design and implement interventions aimed at the development of organizational well-being and performance, to monitor and manage them at the client, users and stakeholders, also in collaboration with other professionals involved in process.
METHOD OF FITTING WITH OTHER TEACHINGS The connection with the contiguous teachings (in particular general and applied psychology, psychology of relationships and psychological profession:, labor market, self marketing and personal branding) will be carried out through references to the theoretical and methodological aspects of the said teachings, to the highlighting of the contributions of these subjects on the subject of the course, examples of concrete actions in which the subjects are competitors.
