-------------------------------- CURRICULUM 10 CFU -------------------------------- LEARNING OBJECTIVES The course aims to provide the knowledge needed to understand the most significant commercial law institutes and the relationships created by the entrepreneur in the national and community economic field. The purpose of the course is, therefore, to provide general information about the company, the companies, the securities, the financial markets and in part the concourse procedures. All based on the constitutional norms and by re-examining codes of conduct and special laws.
COURSE CONTENTS The sources. The system of civil code and special laws. Part I: Company - company - distinctive signs - competition - forms of collaboration between entrepreneurs - entrepreneurs' employees. Part II: Non-listed and quoted companies and persons. Part III: Financial Markets. Part IV: Credit Securities. Part V: Bankruptcy.
