Part II (The termination of the employment relationship):
The resignation of the worker - The withdrawal ad nutum - The individual dismissal in l. n. 604 of 1966 - Article. 18 of the Workers Statute and the innovations introduced by the reform Fornero - Formal requirements and appeal of the dismissal - The right concepts cause and subjective justification - The objective justification - The disciplinary dismissal - The discriminatory dismissal - The dismissal of working mothers - The collective dismissal.
