LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The course introduces the students to the current penal and International problems through the study of the evolution of the International criminal law.
In this way the students will have the possibility to analyze the juridical and cultural phenomena better as foreseen by SUA also by examining and evaluating historical examples of case law.
