LEARNING OBJECTIVES The course of Economic Law has the aim to supply the student with basic knowledge and methodological instruments to learn and face the main phenomenons of Public and Private Law of the Economic Activities. The course aims to analyze the relationship between institutions, law and economy, supplying the students with a frame of reference of the rapports between Public Authorities and Economic Activities, of entrepreneurial or non entrepreneurial kind, and furthermore has the aim to supply the student with an adequate knowledge of the negotiating subjects mostly utilized in the professional and entrepreneurial activities and of the most significant problems which occur in the praxis.
COURSE CONTENTS The Course of Economics concerns both Public and Private Law and Economic Activities. Object of the lessons will be the study of the historical development of the law of economics and the related multilevel ordering; the study of the economic constitution; the relationship between law and the market; of the public services regime; competition law; of the main typical and atypical contracts of the professional and business world; of consumer protection regulations; banking activity; of payment instruments. In particular the topics covered are: - The general profiles of Economic Law - The market and public action in the economy - Competition law - The company - Business contracts for commercial distribution - Business contracts for company financing - Consumer protection - Banking activity - Payment instruments
