Senior Captain on B777. Head of Cadet Pilot Program. In this position he has the responsibility to extend the ATO certification to ab-initio pilot training using the MPL Multi Crew Pilot Licence model.
Up to April 2015 he had the position of Company Flight Operation PostHolder. Up to 2014 he had the position of Flight Crew Training PostHolder and FSTD Technical Manager with the responsibility to manage the Alitalia Flight Training Centre.
He is Chief Executive of IFSC Italian Flight Safety Committee since 2003 and Professor of “Basics of Safety and Quality” at Università degli Studi "Giustino Fortunato”.

He commands a multinational squadron with more than 100 T-38 fighter airplanes and 120 assigned instructor pilots to graduate more than 300 military pilots per year coming from 13 different countries. He is awarded from US President of the United States Meritorious Service Medal.
